By accessing or using MySocialAntenna ("the Service"), operated by Priyanka Basavalingaiah in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those on the waitlist and those with active accounts.
MySocialAntenna monitors selected public platforms for conversations that match your brand URL, product context, audience, category, and competitors. It filters and ranks conversations into evidence-backed buyer-intent signals, gap intelligence, competitive intelligence, and watch-list opportunities with source links for your review.
The Service has no posting, commenting, voting, messaging, or reply-drafting functionality. Any participation in a conversation surfaced by the Service is done by you, manually, through your own account on the relevant platform, and is your sole responsibility.
You agree not to use the Service to: spam communities or post unsolicited commercial messages at scale; impersonate others or misrepresent your product; violate the terms of service of any social platform we support; scrape or reverse-engineer the Service; attempt to access another user's data; collect user information from Reddit or other platforms; use surfaced conversations to determine how ads are served; target advertising at individual users of any platform; derive or infer sensitive personal characteristics about any individual; re-identify or de-anonymize users; resell, redistribute, or bulk-export platform content; use platform content to train AI or machine learning models; or monitor sensitive groups or events.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that any action you take after reviewing a surfaced conversation complies with the rules of the relevant community or platform. MySocialAntenna may provide source links and context, but it does not post, comment, vote, message, or draft replies through the Service. Rule violations on external platforms are your sole responsibility.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MySocialAntenna and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any product descriptions, URLs, or other inputs you submit to the Service.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your product description and URLs solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results obtained will be accurate or reliable.
We are in early access. Features may change, and the Service may be unavailable from time to time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MySocialAntenna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Reddit and others). We are not affiliated with these platforms. Changes to their APIs, policies, or availability may affect the Service. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party platforms.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability and disclaimers) will do so.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless applicable consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
