MySocialAntenna ("we", "us", "our") is an AI buyer-intent and market intelligence service operated by Priyanka Basavalingaiah in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The Service helps businesses surface evidence-backed intent signals, gap intelligence, competitive intelligence, and watch-list opportunities from selected public platforms. Waitlist data: when you join our waitlist, we collect your email address, first name (optional), and platform preference (optional). This is the only personal data we collect at this stage of the product.
Platform data: with approved API access, we retrieve limited public post information from selected public communities, including source links, timestamps, short excerpts, public engagement counts where available, and relevance labels generated by MySocialAntenna. Platform data is used only to classify and display relevant public conversations for customer review. It is never used to train AI models, infer sensitive characteristics, determine how ads are served, collect user information from Reddit or other platforms, or create raw datasets for resale or redistribution.
Usage data: we may collect basic analytics (page views, button clicks) to understand how the product is used. This data is aggregated and not linked to individuals.
We use your email to notify you when access to the Service is available and, if you've opted in, to share product updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your data to train AI models.
For users in India: we process your data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the waitlist form.
For users in the European Economic Area: we process your data under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps).
For all other users: we process your data on the basis of your consent.
Waitlist data is retained until you ask us to remove it or for a maximum of 24 months from the date you joined, whichever is sooner. You can request deletion at any time by emailing contact@mysocialantenna.org.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).

We store waitlist data on secured servers. We do not store payment card data. While we implement reasonable security measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We use a small number of service providers to operate MySocialAntenna: Resend for transactional email, hosting providers for application hosting, managed database providers for application data, analytics providers for aggregated product usage, and AI inference providers for classification under terms that prohibit training on the data where available. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We use localStorage (not cookies) to remember your theme preference. This stores no personal data and is never transmitted to our servers.
MySocialAntenna is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify waitlist members of material changes by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
